Woodland, Washington • Weddings from 2028
Full-estate weekends • One or two a month
Riverside ceremonies. Garden receptions across grounds we are still planting. The whole estate, just your people, for the whole weekend. We take few. We are particular — so yours has the space it deserves.
At a Glance
Lewis River Estate & Gardens is an outdoor wedding estate on the Lewis River in Woodland, Washington (3447 Old Lewis River Rd) — 45 minutes from Portland International Airport and 30 minutes from Vancouver, WA. Wedding celebrations begin in 2028. We host at most one to two per month, by consideration — not a public booking calendar. Ceremonies take place on the riverbank; receptions unfold across garden grounds under active cultivation. Full-estate buyout ensures no other event shares the property. Multi-night weekends — rehearsal through farewell brunch — are the standard. We talk details after we decide it is a fit.
How we host weekends
We are a family estate, not a booking engine. One or two weddings a month. We are particular about that so each celebration has the whole river, the whole property, and our full attention.

Up to 150 guests, with a sweet spot for intimate celebrations of 75–100. The estate is designed to feel spacious and private at that scale — not a cavernous ballroom that swallows a smaller guest list. If the average Portland-area wedding has about 88 guests, Lewis River is built for exactly that experience.
