The Setting

The estate sits on private acreage directly on the Lewis River in Woodland, Washington. Old-growth Douglas fir and Western red cedar frame the property, with open lawns that will become ceremony sites, garden reception areas, and glamping grounds.

The Lewis River runs along the property boundary — home to Chinook salmon, coho, and steelhead runs that draw both anglers and the resident bald eagles you see in the photos above. Lewis River Golf Course sits immediately next door.

At night, minimal light pollution opens up dark-sky stargazing and aurora borealis viewing. The property's northern exposure over the river creates one of the best viewing corridors accessible from the Portland metro area.
